response to The Turtle
The Turtle by John Steinbeck is from his famous novel called the Grapes of wrath. I think that John Steinbeck did an awesome job in describing the turtle's view very descriptively. He used scenic modes to make his story more detailed. The turtle faces a lot of obstacles such as cars, and slopes. In my opinion, I think that the turtle represents the poor people that faced a lot of problems such as feeding their family, selling their houses. Therefore, I think that the story is about how they get over it and the other obstacle comes and that same pattern keeps repeating.
